    Dr Sandhu carries out an examination suited to your presentation. If the findings suggest that chiropractic care is not appropriate, or that further investigation is needed, this will be explained and a referral may be recommended.

    We explain and agree the next step

    You will receive a clear explanation of the findings, possible care options, expected benefits, material risks, reasonable alternatives and likely costs.

    Treatment may be offered at the same visit when clinically appropriate and only after your valid consent.

Meet Dr Surinder Sandhu

Dr Surinder Sandhu (Doctor of Chiropractic) is a GCC-registered chiropractor and the principal of Bedford Chiropractic Clinic Ltd.

He holds a BSc in Human Health and an MSc in Chiropractic, awarded in 1998 by the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth.

With 27 years’ chiropractic experience, Dr Sandhu has seen more than 12,000 patients and performed more than 120,000 chiropractic adjustments as at 2026.

His focus is careful assessment, clear explanation and care adapted to the individual rather than a standard formula.

No. Treatment is offered only when it is clinically appropriate, after the findings and proposed approach have been explained and you have given valid consent.

If you choose a same-day first treatment, it is charged separately at £69, making the total for consultation and treatment £118. You may take time to decide.

Sometimes it is safer to defer treatment, recommend further investigation or refer you to another healthcare professional.

Experiences vary. Some people experience temporary soreness or discomfort after treatment.

Before care begins, Dr Sandhu will explain the proposed treatment, expected benefits, material risks and reasonable alternatives. You will have time to ask questions or change your mind.

There is no responsible one-size-fits-all answer. Any recommendation depends on the assessment, your goals and how you respond.

If care begins, progress and the continuing need for treatment should be reviewed at agreed points. You are not obliged to continue.

Imaging is not automatically required. If your assessment suggests that imaging or another clinical opinion may be appropriate, Dr Sandhu will explain why and discuss referral options.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and bring details of relevant medication, investigations or healthcare correspondence.

If clothing needs to be adjusted or removed for an examination, the reason will be explained, your consent obtained, privacy respected and a gown offered. You may request a chaperone.

Yes. Paid public parking is available outside or very close to Ebenezer House, and the clinic has step-free access.
